New Mexico Military Institute - Facilities Building

Stephen Leos Architect, provided Schematic Design services for the new NMMI Facilities building.  The work included Design Planning, Renderings and a Cost Estimate.

Currently housed in the former horse stables building, the department has made this building work for many years but it has outgrown it and needs updated efficient space. The goal of the project was to provide a new efficient building on an adjacent site to house the day to day activities and functions of the Facilities Department.  The building will house the following Departmental Services groups:
  • Administrative Services
  • Central Receiving                                
  • Custodial Services                               
  • Transportation Services                      
  • Mechanical Services
  • Building Services
