The owners this one story 2 bedroom house in Placitas wanted to improve their entry and add a master bedroom suite. Our solution was to place a two story entry / sitting area / master bedroom suite where the former courtyard stood. The previous entry that was tucked away in the corner of the courtyard now becomes more visible for guests. The second story master bedroom suite now overlooks the valley below and has views of the city lights of Bernalillo. The project is in its final stages of construction. year: 2017-18
